Look, don't take this too serious.

We made this journal to spread a little bit of joy, because, well, the world can be kind of a downer sometimes.

So we filled it with a ton of kind (& hopefully fun) ways to brighten someone's day bit. Use them as inspiration, but prerequisite here is common sense (and a sense of humor). Don't do anything illegal. Or anything that would embarrass or hurt others... and we're not responsible if you do. 

Anyway, have fun... and keep going where we left off. In fact, we gave you some space to add your own on the back of the book. we'd love to see what you come up with. You can consider it just one more act of kindness.
